Building Community

Avalon Community Land Trust emerged from a group of local Bloomington residents who wanted to develop affordable and sustainable housing. We want housing that will support our neighbors and contribute to building our community.

The ACLT community hopes to build affordable housing that will stay affordable for future generations.
